• Matthew E. Guller, JD, PhD, ABPPis a managing partner at IFP and a clinical psychologist licensed in New York and New Jersey. Dr. Guller served as IFP’s in-house counsel from 1994 until 2009, specializing in legal issues associated with the evaluation of public safety personnel. He has served as a licensed psychologist with IFP since 2006. He is Board Certified in Police and Public Safety Psychology (Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology). He is on the in-house psychological staff of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and is an adjunct professor of forensic and police psychology at Fairleigh Dickinson University’s graduate program in forensic psychology. He is an annual instructor at the Somerset County (NJ) and Rockland County (NY) Police Academies. Dr. Guller is a member of  the International Association of Chiefs of Police, Psychological Services Section.   • Lewis Z. Schlosser, PhD, ABPP, is a managing partner at IFP. He is a licensed psychologist in New York and New Jersey. Dr. Schlosser is a Diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology (Board Certified in Counseling Psychology). He is a former tenured Associate Professor at Seton Hall University (2003-2012) and former in-house Director of Psychological Services for the New York City Correction Department (2006-2015). Dr. Schlosser has conducted over 6,500 law enforcement recruit, fitness for duty evaluations, and promotional evaluations. He has served as an examiner with IFP since 2011. Jaclyn A. Toplitz, MA, Senior Executive Associate: Ms. Toplitz holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She joined the staff of IFP in 2009, and assists in test administration, scoring and research.

Gregory P. Margherita, MA, Executive Associate: Mr. Margherita holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and is currently enrolled as a doctoral student in psychology at Kean University. He joined the staff of IFP in 2011, and assists in test administration, scoring and research. He also serves as IFP's in-house information technology technician. 

Olivia Hall, MA, Executive Associate: Ms. Hall holds a Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She joined the staff of IFP in 2014, and assists in test administration, scoring and research.

Julia Campregher, MA, Psychological and Administrative Associate: Ms. Campregher holds a Master's Degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She joined the staff of IFP in 2015, and assists in test administration, scoring and research.

  • Robert Tanenbaum, PhDis a licensed psychologist in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He provides psychological evaluations to over 50 law enforcement and public safety agencies in the Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia region. He is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police, Psychological Services Section, and has provided police psychological services through IFP for over 25 years. He has conducted over 4,000 law enforcement and public safety examinations. Dr. Tanenbaum is a member of the Society for Police and Criminal Psychology and the Police and Public Safety Section of Division 18 (Psychologists in Public Service) of the American Psychological Association.

  • Andrew Wolanin, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He provides psychological evaluations for the Philadelphia regional office and has conducted public safety pre-employment screening, fitness for duty and critical incident evaluations. He is the former director of the department of advanced studies in psychology at Kean University. Dr. Wolanin is a member of the Society for Police and Criminal Psychology and the past president of the Philadelphia Behavior Therapy Association. Dr. Wolanin has conducted over 1,000 public safety evaluations.

  • Guillermo Gallegos, PhDis a clinical psychologist licensed in New Jersey and New York. Dr. Gallegos has served as an examiner with IFP since 2000, where he has conducted over 6,500 law enforcement recruit, fitness for duty and promotional evaluations. Prior to joining IFP, Dr. Gallegos was the lead psychologist for the New Jersey Department of Corrections’ Northern State Prison in Newark. In this role, he had extensive experience conducting recruit screenings (with IFP) and fitness for duty evaluations for the New Jersey Department of Corrections. He has also examined candidates for the DEA, TSA and the Federal Air Marshal Service. A native of Peru, Dr. Gallegos is fluent in Spanish.​

  • ​Krista L. Dettle, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist in the states of New York and New Jersey. In addition, Dr. Dettle was formerly employed with the NYC Department of Correction where she conducted psychological evaluations for the Applicant Investigation Unit. Dr. Dettle also teaches psychological assessment to master and doctoral students at William Paterson University, where she further participates in research and drafting of publications. In conjunction with her clinical work, she has been elected to a number of leadership positions within the New Jersey Psychological Association from 2006 to the present. Most recently, she was selected to serve on the Diversity Task Force. She has served as a consultant for IFP since 2016.
